The SportsCoachRecruitment Team are making the most of working in schools and local Sports Clubs by forming links between school and club for the benefit of talented and enthusiastic children. We are now putting in place a feeder system where our coaches are trained to identify school children would would benefit by being introduced into a club environment, and then working with the club to make the transition as easy and enjoyable as possible for the child.
